This document concerns the LANITAVIBE online store at lanitavibe.ru and its English interface at lanitavibe.com. Independent services and marketplaces have their own documents.
Data we use
We request an email address for sign-in, and an email address and phone number at checkout. Your account processes information about your orders and support requests. Essential cookies support your bag and account access. Do not send payment card details or passwords to support.
Purposes and grounds
Responding to your request, account sign-in, your bag and preparing a purchase are necessary to provide the functions you request and to enter into or perform a contract. Support requests and mandatory record-keeping are also processed where required by law. Where a separate purpose requires consent, we ask for it separately. Service emails do not subscribe you to advertising.
Access and protection
Order history is available after email verification. The server checks ownership of every order; an order identifier alone does not grant access. Session cookies cannot be accessed by JavaScript. Staff access is limited by permissions. Real payments and external delivery are not enabled until the required checks are completed.
Processing, retention and disclosure
For these purposes, data may be collected, recorded, organised, stored, updated, retrieved, used, restricted, deleted and destroyed through automated and manual processing. Account data is retained while needed for the requested functions; purchase and support records are also retained for mandatory accounting periods and to protect the parties' rights. When the purpose no longer applies and no other legal ground remains, data is deleted or anonymised. Technology providers receive only the data necessary for their work and must maintain confidentiality. Payment and delivery participants must be identified before their services are connected.

You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion, or withdraw previous consent, by emailing m@lanitavibe.ru. Store support is available at m@lanitavibe.ru. Verification that the email address belongs to you may be required to protect your data. Grounds and response periods are determined by applicable law.
