Recipient and scope of consent
Upon separate confirmation, I voluntarily authorise individual entrepreneur Safin Ainur Maksutovich (seller details below) to process the email address, phone number, request content and necessary order details I provide, to respond to my request and support the store functions I request. This consent does not cover advertising, special categories of data or biometric data.
Operations and methods
For that purpose, data may be collected, recorded, organised, stored, updated, retrieved, used, restricted, deleted and destroyed through automated and manual processing. Necessary processing by technology providers is permitted subject to confidentiality and applicable law. Data is not provided to third parties for their own advertising.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent applies from separate confirmation until its stated purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn. Send withdrawal requests to m@lanitavibe.ru. Processing based on this consent then stops; where another ground expressly provided by law applies, certain data may be retained only as necessary and for the relevant period.
Separate from advertising
Consent to advertising is not combined with checkout or account sign-in. Marketing subscriptions are not currently connected on this storefront. Essential cookie information is provided separately.
